Common questions
What to include in your message
The more detail you give us, the faster we can sort out the problem. When you write to us, please include:
- •The page URL you were on (copy it straight from your browser's address bar)
- •The bookmaker the odds or link belonged to, for example Hollywood Bets or AfricaSports
- •The match, market or odds you were looking at
- •A short description of what went wrong, and a screenshot if you have one
Reporting a broken or outdated odds link
If a "Bet Now" button opens the wrong page, or the odds shown no longer match what the bookmaker offers, please tell us. Send us the page address, the bookmaker's name and what you saw, and we'll get it sorted. Odds move all the time, so a report from you helps keep the tables accurate for everyone who uses the site.
Betting account questions
Top Odds SA compares odds and doesn't operate any betting accounts, so we can't help with deposits, withdrawals, FICA identity documents, locked accounts or forgotten passwords. For anything to do with your own account, please contact the bookmaker directly through their support channels — Hollywood Bets and AfricaSports each have their own help desk, and only they can access your account details.
